Could Spotting And Cramping During Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I was one week late for my kast menstrual cyclem I then had a very light bleeding that was brown in color. I started to experience tender and sensitive breasts.had some two day bloating. Slight cramping in stomach. Twenty four days later I started spotting again. This time it is dark red. It s only visible when I urinate or wipe. Is it possible im pregnant?

Hi,
Your symptoms are more suggestive of some hormone imbalance. Though pregnancy needs to be excluded with these symptoms, occurrence of brown discharge is not the usual case in pregnancy. Please get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres, a trans-vaginal sonogram and a clinical evaluation by a specialist. If pregnancy is negative, it is likely that some temporary hormonal imbalance has caused the disturbance and can be corrected by a course of hormones. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Hope this helps.
