Could Sharp Chest Pain, Numbness And Nausea Be Related To Dehydration?

Hello, I have been experiencing a sharp chest pain on my left side that has soon lead to a numbing and sore feeling in my left arm and some nausea. This all occurs randomly throughout the day, my mother says I am simply dehydrated and I was simply wondering what a doctor thought.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here are few possibilities.
1.The pain might be muscular pain that is related to muscle strain or heavy weight lifting or improper sleep posture.simple analgesic will be helpful.hot compress will also be helpful for that.
2.If associated cough, sore throat , headache, cold present then viral infection is there and it can cause muscle pain.
3.If also complaint of tingling along with soreness in arm then vitamin B12 deficiency might present.serum estimation done for diagnosis.
Simply do your blood smear examination to reveal any abnormality.
If still no benefit then further examination done and accordingly investigated.
I hope you understand my concern.
