Could Severe Sinusitis Be Due To Concussion?

I was diagnosed with a concussion and neck strain. About two weeks ago. I have been having trouble with head pain.Family Doctor has me on Brain rest. I have trouble laying head on any pillow. Now I have pretty bad sinuses. Could this be from the concussion. C-scan came back normal.

Yes ofcourse due to trauma also sinuses may get infected secondrily.Go for PNS X ray and if sinusitis take some antibiotic and symptomatic.
