Hi,

It is difficult to say if the problem is due to use of crystal meth months ago, but the possibility does exist. I would suggest that you see a doctor and get both your ears and throat examined for any local pathology. It will be better if you can arrange to see an ENT doctor. The throat may be involved as the inner end of the Eustachian tube opens in the nasopharynx, which is the uppermost end of the throat.

Best wishes.
