Could Severe Back Pain During Bowel Movement Be A Sign Of Colon Cancer?

Hello. I am a 32 year old female and I am having of and on for 3 days now lower left back pain on my side and, hi, and every time I move my body to the left I have pain in my lower left abdomen. This pain starts up right before I have a BM. Everytime I eat a meal I get bloated too. I was wondering if that could be a sign of colon cancer, or if I pulled a muscle in my back. I went to the ER the tested my urin and found no blood in my urin. It is like sharp consistent pain that only comes on when I have to go to the bathroom.

Hi
As u are having pain in lower abdomen, back pain and bloating sensation I would suggest u do a CT scan of whole abdomen.
If any lesion is found in scan then do a colonoscopy test along with biopsy from it to rule out malignancy.
Regards
