Could Reduced Appetite Be Stress Related?

Hi there, recently i've been having trouble eating. For example today, I haven't had breakfast or lunch, had a heavy workout at the gym, managed a protein shake, but can't stomach dinner now.
I'm not ill in anyway I'm aware of, I was wondering if this could be stress related?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. One reason for low appetite is definitely stress. But in your case, you have not mentioned anything which happened in your day which is stressful. For low appetite, there are so many other reasons like acidity. Please drink a lot of water, and do not have food if you do not feel like having appetite. You will feel hungry when your stomach settles.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
