Could Red Blotches On Neck And Face With Dryness Be A Sign Of STD?

I have red splotches on neck and face, the ones on my face are as dry and crackly skin. Also my head itches and I feel light headed or just a dingy feeling....plz any suggestions. I'm married and have not messed around neither has he now for over 8yrs, just incase it was going to be said a std.

Thank you for query.There are many causes of redness it may be fungal or allergic or dryness it self or seborrheic dermatitis etc.these are nonspecific and are not related to HIV/std.if both partners are faithful to each other there is no chance of HIV transmission possible.so relax and consult dermatologist or send clear photos with details for diagnosis of lesions.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist
