Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
If your daughter has been healthy generally and the fevers last few days and leave without need for antibiotics very likely this is normal. If her general appearance is well and she is active and playful, eating and growing well than those viral infection she gets are just going to increase her immune system and is nothing to worry about. By my experience this is common concerns of parents having toddlers that get frequent fevers and most of them are healthy growing toddlers "enhancing" their immune system.
If fevers last longer than 72 hours or she gets tired and inactive with the fevers or she needs to use antibiotics often or not growing well she will need to be seen by a doctor for a good evaluation and make sure she is doing OK.
Hope this is helpful and answers to your question.
