Could Pregnancy Cause Itchy Breasts?

Im currently pregnant my breast have been really itchy I scratch them every ones in a while some days ago I began to notice I had some brown spots in the bottom of both breast it feels rough when I touch the bottom of the breast this went on for about a week then today when i took a shower the rough brown thing began to peel off could the pregnancy be the cause or should I see a doctor?

During pregnancy your hormones go haywire. And one such effect of this can be itching around the breasts, areola-nipple complex.

Although conditions like intertrigo and dermatitis are also possible, it is only possible to comment on the cause after a physical examination.
