Could Painful Sting In Lungs Be Due To Excessive Smoking?

I m 15 and I smoke, I have been for maybe 3 years now. I have barley tried to quit. And I maybe smoke 15 cigarettes a day. Sometime, maybe 1 or 2 a week I feel a painful sting in my lungs, (like a needle) and it basically happens whenever I breath in after talking. So my question is what is happening to my lungs when this is happening?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are in this smoking habit for just 3 years. It is unlikely that your lungs are affected as if to cause the stinging pain you are mentioning here. Still, to be sure, I suggest you to consult a physician. Please quit smoking. Exercise well, drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
