Could Pain In Testicle Be Related To Pulled Muscle In Back?

I have had a pull muscle in my back for a few days and it is starting to feel better since I ve been stretching and using a heating pad and motrin to ease the pain. I have had a slight pain in my left teaticle when I sit down. I m just wondering if muscle pain in the back can correlate with pain in the testicle

Sometimes, you may experience radiating pains from back to the perineal region and also testis. However, you need to get examined weather the pain is referred one or arising from testis proper.
