i've been getting very mild pain upper left side of the chest. the pain is dull and it lasts 10-15 seconds sometimes 30 seconds, comes and goes inconstantly, every 30 minutes, hour, etc. it's been like this for the past 5 days. should i be concerned about any cardiac conditions? 45M.

Yes definitely you should concern about this. Consult your cardiologist as soon as possible. The pain you are describing seems like anginal pain. And this pain last for 15-20 secs and goes away only to appear again. So get done ECG and 2D ECHO. If this is normal I would recommend TMT for you.
