Could Occasional Pain In Right Side Of Rib Cage Be Due To Liver Disease?

I drink almost everyday. I have no problem with my appetite. I'm a healthy eater mostly fresh fruit and salads. I also take vitamins. I have an occasional pain on the right side of my rib cage closer to the liver. Could this be a symptom for liver disease?
