Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic .

2 ) As you have already taken the birth control pills regularly, unprotected sex act in the days of placebo pill will anyway not be leading to pregnancy.

The regular pill consumption has already protected you from getting pregnant, by preventing egg formation.

3 ) As you have also taken emergency contraceptive pill, there will be some difference in the bleeding pattern.

4 ) As on now, I will suggest you to simply wait for the onset of periods. With the effect of high dose of progesterone hormone in the emergency contraceptive pill, withdrawal bleeding can be eratic, it can be Scanty or heavy and it can be early or late .

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
