I recently had THR surgery and am currently recovering. Prior to my surgery I was given a nerve block to help my back condition and leg pain. It has now been a month since, and I am having horrible nerve pain. Could a bad nerve block have caused so much lower leg pain?

Hi,
A nerve block would not be the cause of this nerve pain. I suggest you need thorough investigation for this new pain so prompt treatment may be started. It could be related to disc problems in your back or possibly related to your hip surgery. However, it would be impossible to offer a diagnosis without examination and scans.
