Hi and welcome to HCM. Oral sex will not cause pregnancy. Their should be peno vaginal contact and male partner should ejaculate inside female vagina for pregnancy to occur. Even a small drop of semen or precum is sufficient to cause pregnancy. If above mentioned things have not happened then no need to worry. If you have ejaculated in to her then its better to use emergency contraceptive pill, but it is effective if used with in 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse. Its always better to use condom as a birth control method. Emergency pills are nor safe in long run.
