Could Missing Periods, Cramps And White Discharge Be Due To Pregnancy?
Hello, my girlfriend and I recently broke up. However we had unprotected sex right before we did. She has been pretty regular with her periods in the past, but she is about a week and some days late with her period. She has told me that a white like discharge has been coming out of her vagina, but she doesn't have any other symptoms really except for having cramps one night. She took a preg test and it came back negative. Could she be pregnant?
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion missed period can be suspicious of pregnancy but it is confirmed by urine pregnancy test. The test is usually positive a week after missed period. You can repeat the test after a week and if it is still negative pregnancy might be ruled out.Thick white discharge and cramps can be seen in premenstrual phase.Sometimes stress regarding thought of pregnancy or any other thing also delays period due to hormonal imbalance. So dont worry .Relax.
