Could Meth Use Aggravate Psoriasis?

My husbands psoriasis has suddenly been extremely irritated. Could meth use be the reason. he suddenly had psoriasis come up all over his body and now he has sores on his shoulders and arms that he claims are because of the heat and is causing zits which are getting infected because of the heat and him sweating. He works outside but I have never seen this kind of thing. He has a lot of meth user symptoms and claims he was using roxy s and because of the heat. Is this possible?

Meth user symptoms usually include picking at the skin. cannot say in his particular case but certainly new self-inflicted sores/scabs with meth is usually present in those on it.
