Could Metformin, Lisinopril And Simvastatin Result In Swelling, Pain In Calf?

I am on metformin 500mg, Lisinopril 20mg and Simvastatin. Last month I had pain and swelling on my inner thigh and it lasted a couple of days. Now I have swelling and pain in my calf. Any corelation with the medication? Or is it a sign of kidney problem?
