Could Memory Loss And Stuttering Be Related To Having High BP?

ok my husband has been on and off stuttering and memory loss has gotten worse in the past 2 yrs .a few years ago he has extremely high blood pressure and was placed on medication for it since then has come down considerably but now suffers with these symptoms

2. However there can be other reasons responsible for these symptoms.
