Could Magnesium Intake Be Beneficial In Hyperhidrosis?

My daughter has suffered with hyperhidrosis her whole life. Could she benefit from taking magnesium and are there health risks that we need to be aware of. I have recently bought the fruit water with magnesium and a magnesium and calcium supplement.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM
In my opinion A lack of magnesium in the body is a contibuting factor and sage is found to reduce sweat production. Normally, your serum magnesium level is 1.5 to 2.5 mEq/L. Just keep a check on her magnesium levels. There can be few side effects of high magnesium and calcium so take good care. Otherwise, Iontophoresis can be very effective for hyperhidrosis. There are systems and attachments for use on the hands, feet, underarms, the face, neck and torso.
