Could Lower Back Swelling And Pain Be Due To Pulled Muscle?

I have sharp pain in my lower right back above my kidney. It hurts when I move sometimes and it really hurts when I sneeze or cough. No fever or sweats or chills. No pain down my leg just up my back. Some lower back swelling. I m thinking a pulled muscle? If so what can I do.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptom could be due to muscular spasm and it may not be due to any renal condition and it can be treated with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
