Could Low Iron And Vitamin D Levels Cause Random Fevers, Headache And Nausea?

Hi, I am a 35 year old female measuring in at 1.67m tall and 53kgs. I have been feeling bloated, and experience nausea for most of the day. I have also been getting random fevers and head aches. I have had a blood test done and my doctor informed me that I do not have any food allergies, but my iron and vitamin D levels are very low. I suspect that I may have a problem with my stomach. Please advise me as to what could be the reasons for me being ill, as it has been going on for a few months now.
