Could Liquid Filled Bumps On Arm Be Due To Sun Allergy?

Hi, my right arm was exposed to sun yesterday while driving. After which I have developed in a small portion of my right arm (~1 inch radius) small bumps containing water. If you press on the bumps small amounts of water come out. It does not hurt. is this a form of sun allergy

yaa no doubt it is a sun burn.
and do not press it because pressing by your hand can lead it to infection. apply some sun cream ion as well as some antibiotic solution. it will help it to heal faster. and cover your skin before going outside.
