Could Lightheadedness Be Due To Polyp On Gallbladder?
During scan for stomach probs, apparently i have been diagnosed with a polyp on gallbladder, and am awaiting hospital appt for further tests. In meantime, when the stomach tightens, somehow it seems to cut off air supply and makes me 'lightheaded' as if i'm in trance!

This is not usual sign of gallbladder polyp and I think that you should look for some other causes of your symptoms which may include neurologic and cardiologic issues such as arrithmias or vertebral vessels obstruction. So you should consult neurologist first for further management.
