Could Light Headedness And Dizziness Be Due To Over Dosage Of Hypertensive Medications?

I have been prescribed seven different hypertension medications to be taken daily, some twice a day. This is a recent change. My problem Is that this regimen started three weeks ago. Since then, I have been so lightheaded and dizzy that I cannot function. I feel like the medicine is killing me. I had informed my doctor about this side effect and his response was that my blood pressure is hard to control. What questions should I be asking so that I can get my equilibrium and energy back?

I can't comment on your physician's wisdom but without going into details, I may advise that some common holistic approach by way of herbal / ayurvedic support might be beneficial to control your hard HTN.

Bowel cleansing is first step by herbals.
Deep breathing is second step. Start 5 minutes a day. Raise to 15 minutes in a week.
Third step meditation 5-15 minutes.
Long walks, light diet, fibers, lot of water intake will help you.

Continue any med as prescribed by your physician. After adopting above steps you will start seeing changes in two weeks. Then report me and I ll advise you simple one or two herbal medicine for your BP which will change your life. You have to show determination.
