Could Itchy Ulcer On Vulva While On Estrogen During Menopause Be Vulva Cancer?

i am in menopause, started on estrogen, but i have an ulcer on my vulva thats been there for at least a month, I have itching so bad and the sore does not hurt but my skin seems to be like leather there, I am of course worried about vulva cancer but cant get in to obgyn for like 7 weeks and this has me worried, I know it could be other things as well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having atrophic vulvo vaginitis due to lower estrogen level at this age.
As ulcer is there since long it requires physical examination, vaginal swab examination and pap smear study.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
