Could It Be UTI If Having Pink Spotting After Urination?

I'm 34yrs old female, as per my calender I should be ovulating today yet no increase of clear discharge like in other times of ovulation, this morning after urinating I noticed a pink color on toilet paper, I did placed a tampon to see if bleeding was coming form cervix but after few hrs (3) I removed it and it was clear, I urinated again and there it was pink in toilet paper, I did have sex three days ago, but with the protection of a condom, could it be a start of UTI, no frquency, pain or urgency!
