Could Irritation On The Tip Of Penis Be Treated With Spasmo Urgenin Tablets?

i had protected sex with pattaya girls on 2nd of september and after 15days i had irritation on mouth of penis and showed to urologist doctor he gave spasmo urgenin dragees tabelts after taking that also and i dont find any improvement and i found slight discharge from my penis.please tell what will be my problem

thank you for query .these may be due to urethritis or STDs ( bacterial viral or fungal infections).So please get yourself investigated for STds as you are getting discharge also.You can get back for any clarifications Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
