Could Inflammation Of Penis During Intercourse Be Due To Yeast Infection?

I had a iud put in yesterday and me an my fiancé had sex today with no condom. But he was saying his penis was burning so we stopped. I didn t feel any discomfort. Iv been known to get the occasional yeast infection, and he said that s what it feels like. Do you think it sounds like a yeast infection? Could he react that fast if i do have one? This is thr first time in a really long time we Have not used a condom. Or could he be sensitive to my iud?

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
Burning sensation can be due to rough and dry intercourse if done after a long period without lubrication. And it can also be due to infection.
So, please wait for some time with cleaning and if does not subside take him to a doctor who can examine and suggest remedy.
All the best.
