Could I Get Heart Attack After An Injury?

It's really snowy out and I slipped and fell. I landed on my left side. My hip is a little sore, that's expected, my arm and leg are fine, my back is a little stiff, but my chest hurts. Center chest, at or behind the sternum. I'm assuming things got bounced around a little bit when I fell, but ow. Last time my chest really felt like this I was having an anxiety attack and thought it was a heart attack. Could it just be from hitting the ground hard?
