I have understood your situation.
Yellowish greenish discharge per vaginum is a sign of infection. Moreover, you are having pain in lower abdomen. This clearly points towards the infection rising to the upper reproductory organs like uterus, tubes and/or ovaries. You seem to be requiring a course of antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medicines and pain killers. Please do not be under the false impression that this could be due to pregnancy. Under the false impression, ignoring this infection (pelvic infection) may prove to be troublesome. It may lead even to infertility. Later on it may become chronic infection (Chronic Pelvic Infection) causing lots of troubles.
Please report this to your Gynaecologist at the earliest to get proper treatment for cure.
I hope, I have clarified your misconceptions.
