Could I Be Pregnant As I Had Bleeding Only While Wiping?

Yes ,( provided there is normal bleeding routinely),,scanty bleeding during menses can be implantation bleeding & there are chances of conception.
You can confirm it by home pregnancy test after 4-5 days.
