Could Headache, Discolored Veins In Body And White Spots On Tongue Indicate HIV?

Hey Doctor, i have a headache, small veins inside the body including those which can appear on hand have turned dark/black, stomach problem, and some white spots on the tongue, and i played unprotected sex, so how wondering if i had contracted HIV, i haven t tested because i am afraid, so do you think might have been infected according to the symptoms above? What other disease can affect tongue?

Thanks for asking about your problem in HCM.
The symptoms you have mentioned is not definitive to say you have contacted with HIV.
In case of such doubts, get your blood tested for HIV. Nothing to be afraid of. At least if it comes negetive, you will be free from worries.
