hello dear friend, although most studies do suggest that moderate alcohol consumption is beneficial for health, one cant be sure about it unless one checks into it. so if you want to know whether you are harming your health or not, its best to get it checked. since the organ most affected is liver , it would be wise to get a liver function test done, also do check your sugar, and cholesterol levels. this will give you an idea of how your body is doing in general. also you didnt mention for how many years your drinking..??
also do engage in moderate physical exercise and do have some food along with your drinks. good luck n cheers.
