Could Frequent Vomiting And Stomach Pain Be Due To Appendicitis?

My boyfriend seems to throw up very often and we can t figure out why. I thought maybe a food allergy or lactose intolerant but we can t figure it out. Tonight he is having horrible stomach pain and threw up. He also can t stop using the bathroom. Is it appendicitis?

Hello hope the answer helps you.As per madam your limited histroy and I understand your boy friend has frequent vomittings after eating if associated with retrosternal heart burn and regurgitation could be GERD and can be aggaravated by smoking or alchol.Also start trying some antacids on regular basis for 2-3 weeks it might help.As far as using frequent lavatory is it loose stools with abdominal colicky pain provided no other complaint it could br irritable bowel syndrome mebevarine tablet twice daily can be of some help try for 2 weeks if not working than better consult your doctor madam for further investigation as stool for occlt blood.
