Could Frequent Urination And Pain Near Kidney Area Be Due To Internal Injury?

I've been urinating frequently today n got a heartburn, n have been feeling pain around and inside where my kidneys are located.

I recently fell on my back about a month ago n have not gone to go see a doctor for that. Could i have hurted my inside when i fell?

If you have internal injury u will have blood in your urine, u may suffering from kidney stones or uncontrolled diabetes, ultrasound of your kidney will clarify your diagnosis, 1st go for that, don't neglect
