Hi my name is Jimmy, im 15 and have noticed that i only have a couple strands of armpit hair under each arm, could using an overdose on deodorant be the cause of least armpit hair growth because I know I ve hit puberty because I have a lot of pubic hair? by the way, I use axe deodorant, do I need to change deodorant products, and are you a fake doctor?

Hi.
As per your case history of less armpit hair, my treatment advice is -
1. It is purely genetic. So don't worry.
2. You can apply a minoxidil 2 % solution to armpit twice daily.
3. Other treatment options are oral multivitamins and finasteride taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
