Could Fluttering In Heart And Breathlessness Be Related To Menopause?

Hi I am a 50 year old woman in good shape. My meopause happened two years ago and had my last period a year ago. For the past week a fluttering has begun in my lower heart. I can feel it thudding or moving at an uneven pace. I have also been a little breathless and uneasy. There is also some anxiety for professional and personal reasons. could it just be meonopause and harmone fluctuations?
