Could Extra Dosage Of Lisinopril Be A Matter Of Concern?

I am 47 years old and take 20mg of lisinopril daily and have for over a year now. I accidentally took two doses this evening. What do I need to do? I take it at bedtime, so do I need to stay up for a while or just go to bed and then go ahead and take tomorrow s dose at bedtime?

Over dosage of any tablet is dangerous. But at the same time each drug head a safety limit. And the dose what the doctors suggest will be well within the limit. Accidentally ingesting a tablet extra shouldn't bother you much. Go ahead and catch a good night's sleep. Take tomorrow's tablet at scheduled time.
