hi sir, i am a 28 year well built man, since 18 yrs of age, i was too much involved in mastrubation, by seeing porn movies, till 26 years of age , my sex life was good, bt now when i decided to get married, i found that i am not getting proper erection, i am seriously very worried sir, plz help me out

First of all I like to make it clear that masturbation have no ill effects on your sexual life.the difficulty in erection observed over the last few months need further evaluation. This will help you to identify the cause and get it treated.

This need to be emphasized again here that masturbation is done by almost 95% of male and it is just a way of self pleasure rather than anything.

Regarding your question what next, I like to make it clear again that remove any guilt associated with masturbation. This may help to some extent. If still there is problem please see a sex therapist/sexologist at earliest.
