Could Electrical Twinges In Heart Area Be Due To A Heart Rhythm Problem?

I am a 64 year old woman with life long asthma but no abnormal heart conditions. Recently I have experienced two episodes of "electrical twinges" in the area of my heart when walking from work to the train late in the day. Is this any sort of symptom of a developing heart rhythm issue?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is not typical of heart problem
Long standing asthma - however - may lead to right heart problems…
See an Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary...

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
