Hi, your dry eye and drmouth are not due to hiv. And hiv symptoms do not appear so early. It take time to develop. Symptoms of hiv are persistent fever, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, weaknesses, lymphadenopathy frequent infection etc. your enlarge lymphnode may be due to hiv or may be due to some other disease. You should go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr. thanks for using health care magic.
