Could Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Headaches Be Symptoms Of Diabetes?

I have been dizzy, light headed, feeling drunk, and headaches for a few days now. It comes and goes, effects me mostly at night. When I lay down for bed it gets worse. I am in remission for ITP for almost 2 years now, could this be ITP related? What else could it be? Low blood sugar, diabetes, adrenal problem?

Hi,

This can be due to different conditions. Check for your blood sugar levels at different times during night as hypoglycemia is the most common cause for it.

The other causes are anemia or even adrenal problem.

Hope this helps you.
Regards
