Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Could Dizziness During Eye Relaxation Be Due To Stress?
I've been experiencing a lot of weird dizziness. It's not like loss of balance and it's not spinning. Whenever I relax my eyes and try not to focus on anything it feels like everything is moving back and forth. It stops when I focus on something. Is this possibly just stress or is this something I should be really concerned about?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Stress is over exertion of mind and body. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. Your eyes related symptoms do feel like your obsessions. Please ignore them and shortly they vanish.
I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
