Could Delayed Periods Be Due To The Removal Of Mirena Coil?
I had periods all 5 years on the mirena. I had a period 2 weeks before my removal appointment. On my removal appointment I had sex unprotected. I did get withdrawal bleeding for probably 5-6 days. I am now waiting on my period. It should ve came already and if everything is still working like clockwork my removal appointment was on the same day I ovulated. What are the odds I m pregnant? or has mirena wiped out my periods even though they were regular all 5 years?

Mirena is 3 rd generation iucd...generally during iucd in uterus some has low bleeding during menstrual even only spotting is there as a side effect...or even after removal of it causes irregular menstrual bleeding n returning of regular menstrual bleeding may be after 5-6 months...but you also said you did unprotected sex after removing iucd so I suggest first you confirm pregnancy by urine pregancy kit...
