Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Masturbation?
I am 14 and my period is late by 10 days , i got my period when i was 12 so it should be regular by now , but it s always late by week or more sometimes less , and no I m not pregnant because I m a virgin Is this caused by masturbation ? I masturbate about 5 times a week and does this mean that when i grow up i will not be able to have children? :( I also never get cramps on my period what does this mean ?

Delayed periods can occur due to many causes like hormonal imbalance, stress, anemia etc.
Irregular and delayed periods are common in healthy menstruating females and most often the delay is associated with hormonal imbalance.
Exogenous hormones corrects the menstruation in majority of cases.
Masturbation is not likely to cause an delay in menstruation.
The delay in periods is not going to interfere with your ability to bear children in future.
Cramps are associated with menstrual cycles however it is not necessary that every female will experience cramping type of pain and to equal severity.
