Could Delayed Periods And Nausea Indicate A Pregnancy? If Yes, How To Terminate This?

HI

have missed my menstruation period. My last menstruation date was 05 dec13 it was expecting 1st of this month,we took precautions. From two to three days i have started nausia especially in morning. But during day time i am having symptoms before menstruation also. This sysmptom show that am expecting if yes we are not ready at this time so what should we do ? please suggest.

Hi,
Yes, the symptoms do indicate possibility of conception. If you are not prepared for it,you should get it confirmed by blood HCG testing ( which gives earliest/reliable results.
- In case it's -ve, you will get periods after few hormonal pills.
- The pregnancy test +ve confirms pregnancy.If it is so,You should go for MTP
After medical check up a gynecologist will suggest a suitable method for you,
It can be--
Medical abortion by using mifepristone + Misopristol combination,is possible before 8 weeks pregnancy.
Surgical abotion
Please be under an expert care while the procedure & post procedure.
- Do get IUD inserted for contraception to avoid repeation of the problem.
