Could Cough, Nausea And Fatigue Be Symptoms Of Pneumonia?

I came down with a cough on Wednesday. By Friday I was sick in bed all day, same for Saturday. On Sunday I had a 101 temp, but it is low now. Added in nausea, but not throwing up. Today is Monday. I am getting weaker all the time. Very fatigued. Could this be pneumonia? Last time (years ago) I had a high fever.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having all these symptoms are common with all respiratory tract infection so it is difficult to decide having all symptoms are due to pneumonia.
To decide pneumonia you can go for investigations like complete blood checking, x-ray chest.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
