Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain antibiotics can be the cause for soreness or pain in belly area and the reason is that antibiotics kills the good bacteria of intestine and can lead to disturbance in intestinal function and it can lead to stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea etc..
It can also cause hyper acidity and acid reflux..
I would suggest you that till the time you are taking antibiotics you can take Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole empty stomach in the morning, antacids half an hour before meals and drink plenty of water..
Take light meals and avoid spicy food..
Take plenty of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet as it help in replenishing intestinal bacteria..
In case if still the symptoms worsen consult your treating physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
